This morning I came to the service center for service. My language is English, but the staff here do not know English. The attitude towards me is very bad. Even when I try to speak to them using a translator, they do not show any interest in it. After that, I have to wait for hours. I have visited many Volvo service centers in all Europe and this is the first time I have experienced such a thing.

I needed a low-beam light bulb in a Volvo Euro 6, I came and asked, they didn't know what it was, I had to go and take it off and bring my own. All go and eat, no one cares about the client. Disgusting service!
